Australian VOIP ID Verification Setup

I need to add real–time Australian driver’s-license verification to my existing VOIP platform immediately. Callers will enter or speak their licence details during the call flow; the system must then query the official Australian DVS (or a comparable API you recommend) and return an instant pass/fail result before the call proceeds.

The only document we will accept is a Driver's License, so the solution should extract and validate all standard licence fields—name, address, date of birth, licence number and expiry—while logging a full audit trail for compliance. I am flexible on the underlying VOIP stack, provided the final workflow runs smoothly on my current hosted instance and is maintainable in-house after hand-over.
