Atera RMM and Teams Integration

I need an integration between Atera RMM helpdesk and Microsoft Teams. This will allow users to open and track support tickets, as well as chat directly with support within Teams. We would prefer if we could use zapier.

Requirements:
- Integrate Atera RMM with Microsoft Teams (Standard version)
- Enable functionality to open and track support tickets
- Enable chat directly with support

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Atera RMM and Microsoft Teams integration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (Standard version)
