Apollo-Zoho Automation with ChatGPT

I need a single Zapier workflow that begins in Apollo.io, pushes enriched data into Zoho CRM, uses ChatGPT to generate concise summaries/reports, distributes them via Brevo, and archives everything in Google Sheets.

Scope of Work

Apollo.io → Zoho CRM
Capture and map Contacts, Leads, and Sales Activities into the correct Zoho modules/fields, preserving tags and custom attributes where possible and preventing duplicates.

Zoho CRM → ChatGPT (OpenAI)
When new/updated records hit Zoho, trigger ChatGPT to produce weekly/monthly performance summaries (concise, readable).

ChatGPT → Brevo
Send the finished reports to a predefined Brevo audience using templates with dynamic placeholders sourced from CRM data.

Event Logging → Google Sheets
Write both raw synced data and ChatGPT summaries to Sheets, building a clean, filterable history (supporting pivots).

Acceptance Criteria

Data integrity: All three data types sync to Zoho without duplicates or field-mismatch errors.

Report format: ChatGPT outputs are plain text (no markdown), each section < 300 words.

Email delivery: Brevo templates render correct personalization tokens; first test campaign shows 0% hard bounces.

Ledger: Google Sheets updates near-real time with separate tabs for raw imports and summaries.

Handover

Configure everything inside my Zapier account, name steps clearly, and provide a short Loom or written guide so I can adjust filters, mappings, and prompts later.
