Amazon's Selling Partner API-ERP Integration

Job ID: 39680272

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Good day

I hope you’re doing well.

We’re looking for an experienced developer to integrate Amazon’s Selling Partner API with our internal ERP (Odoo) to pull and process specific data points for inventory management, profitability tracking, and reporting in Metabase.

We sell on Amazon South Africa and need the API to pull the following data:

1. Inventory & Stock Management

Current stock levels at Amazon Fulfillment Centers (DCs).

Stock value → stock quantity × landed cost from Odoo.

Reserved stock (orders, FC transfers, pending removals).

Inbound shipments (units on the way to Amazon).

Restock recommendations from Amazon.

Aged inventory data (to avoid long-term storage fees).

2. Sales & Order Data

Order details (ASIN/SKU, quantity, price, order date).

Order statuses (pending, shipped, cancelled, returned).

Order fulfillment channel (FBA vs. FBM).

Shipping and handling fees.

Refunds and returns (including reason codes).

Customer order notes/messages (FBM especially).

3. Profitability & Financial Data

Selling price (including promotions/discounts).

Amazon fees (referral fee, closing fee, FBA fees, storage fees).

Advertising spend (Amazon Ads data).

Reimbursements from Amazon (lost/damaged inventory, fee errors).

Net revenue per SKU after fees and advertising.

Integration with Odoo cost prices for profit calculations in Metabase.

4. Performance & Compliance

Seller performance metrics (order defect rate, late shipment rate, valid tracking rate).

Product reviews & ratings.

Buy Box ownership percentage.

Policy violations or compliance notifications.

Pricing alerts (if you’re below/above certain thresholds).

5. Marketing & Sales Insights

Keyword performance (from advertising reports).

Sales rank changes per ASIN.

Conversion rates (sessions vs. orders).

Promotions impact on sales.

Competitor pricing (if API supports or via scraping tool).

6. Returns & Customer Service

Return reasons (quality issues, late delivery, damaged, etc.).

Return rate per SKU.

Customer feedback trends.

Warranty claim tracking (if applicable).

7. Forecasting & Automation

Demand trends for restock planning.

Seasonal sales patterns per SKU.

Automated stock alerts (low stock, high returns).

Price automation triggers based on sales velocity or competitor price.

Looking forward to your response.
