Project Description

I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a reliable solution for extracting product details data and search results data from Amazon using the Amazon Affiliate / Product Advertising API (PA API).

The goal is to programmatically fetch accurate, up-to-date Amazon data while fully complying with Amazon’s API policies and affiliate guidelines.

Scope of Work
1. Product Details Data

Using ASINs or product URLs, the system should retrieve:

Product title

Brand name

Price (current & list price, if available)

Availability / stock status

Product description & features

Main image and additional image URLs

Ratings & total review count

Category / browse node information

Affiliate tracking links

2. Amazon Search Results Data

Using keywords and optional filters, the system should return:

List of products from search results

ASINs

Product titles

Prices

Ratings & review counts

Product images

Product URLs with affiliate tags

Pagination support (multiple result pages)

Technical Requirements

Must use Amazon Product Advertising API (PA API 5.0)

Proper handling of API authentication and request signing

Efficient rate-limit handling and error management

Clean, well-documented, and reusable code

Output in JSON / CSV / Database-ready format (to be discussed)
