Project Overview:
We are looking for an expert-level WooCommerce and PHP developer to build a premium, highly customized multi-vendor e-commerce platform (PWA). This is not a basic drag-and-drop Elementor project. We need custom backend logic, API integrations, and a flawless vendor dashboard similar to top-tier e-commerce giants.
Core Responsibilities & Custom Features Required:
PWA & Theme Setup: Customize a fast, lightweight theme to match our strict brand guidelines (Deep Matte Black & Metallic Rose Gold) with full Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality.
Advanced Split-Cart Routing: Implement a custom checkout engine that automatically splits a cart: routing 30-min local deliveries via local APIs (e.g., Shadowfax/Borzo) and standard 24-48 hr deliveries via national APIs (e.g., Shiprocket/Delhivery).
Custom Return PHP Scripts: Code automated timers for return windows (36-hour lock for Express orders vs. 5-day for standard orders).
Automated Bag Tracker: Build a custom packaging inventory counter in the seller dashboard that automatically deducts on dispatch and triggers B2B auto-replenishment.
Pre-Paid Seller Ad Network: Integrate a CPC-based Ad Wallet system where sellers can recharge their wallet (via Razorpay) to bid on keywords and get "Sponsored" product tags.
VMS Protocol Checkbox: Add a mandatory custom Video Management Service (VMS) certification checkbox for sellers during order processing.
Automated Split Payments: Integrate Razorpay Route API for seamless commission deduction and automated vendor payouts based on predefined schedules (4-day vs 6-day).
Milestone Breakdown (Payment Terms):
Milestone 1 (20%): Core UI/UX setup, PWA config, and basic WooCommerce/Vendor plugin installation.
