Advanced Google Solar API UI Simulation

I am seeking a capable developer to create a stimulating UI simulation for Google's Solar API. The project will involve some unique, dynamic functionalities:
- The ability for users to input an address, and our system will identify available rooftop areas suitable for solar panels.
- Incorporating an interactive feature where users can draw a polygon on a Google map, and our system will efficiently calculate an estimated solar production based on this drawing.
- Ability for user to add a number of polygons (solar panel areas) and add them to a project for that site.
- Ability for user to edit drawings.
- Storing user data securely and making it readily available for future edits and presentation.
- Showing results as numbers of kWh produces, number of panels.
The final system should generate a detailed report with charts and diagrams showing the saved data and any changes made.
