Advance My Health & Safety App

I’m halfway through building an AI-assisted health & safety application that already lets site teams create RAMS, toolbox talks and other compliance documents for construction sites, offices, warehouses—any operational facility. The core functionality is stable; what’s missing are the integrations that will make the tool indispensable on live projects.

The next release should allow users to pull site data from the platforms they already trust and push finished reports back without leaving the app. Think connections to common document repositories or project-management suites (SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, Procore, etc.). I’m open to your recommendations, but seamless data flow, secure authentication and a light, intuitive UI are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• Integration layer for at least two external tools, coded and fully tested
• Secure OAuth (or comparable) sign-in flow for each service
• Updated UI elements enabling import/export within existing screens
• Clear, commented code and a concise hand-over guide

Acceptance criteria
• A build I can install and use end-to-end without manual work-arounds
• All new features covered by basic unit tests
• No regressions in current RAMS/toolbox-talk workflows

When you respond, briefly describe similar integrations you’ve shipped and the tech stack involved—real experience is the main thing I’m looking for right now. Once this phase is complete, we can talk about adding enhanced reporting and user notifications, but let’s nail the integrations first.
