Accounting App-KSeF Integration
Budget: $10 – $1,000 USD
I need to connect a single, in-house accounting application directly to the Polish KSeF platform through its official API. The integration must cover the full invoice lifecycle: automatic download of incoming invoices, seamless submission of outgoing invoices, retrieval of KSeF reference numbers and UPO receipts, plus robust token & certificate handling.
For day-to-day reliability I also expect:
• support for both DEMO and PROD environments
• automatic retry logic on transient failures
• detailed error logging and data-level validations
To make future maintenance easy, please include clear, developer-oriented implementation documentation describing endpoints used, authentication flow, and deployment steps.
Acceptance is complete once the accounting app can, from its UI or scheduled job, exchange invoices with KSeF in either mode and return a valid KSeF number/UPO every time, with failures retried and logged.
