Abacus.ai Report Automation Setup

I need to turn Abacus.ai’s workflow builder and document generation tools into a hands-off pipeline that assembles both scientific and technical reports for me. The source information lives in three places—our primary database, two REST APIs, and a set of shared spreadsheets—so the workflow must ingest from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, clean the data, then compile it into a branded report template.

The engagement is intentionally tight: during a live screen-share session you’ll build one complete, reusable workflow that outputs a finished PDF or Word report, and you’ll add a quick secondary automation (for example, an email trigger or S3 export) so I understand branching and scheduling inside the platform. I’m comfortable with Abacus.ai’s interface but want expert guidance to wire everything together, choose the right LLM model, and leave the process fully documented.

Deliverables
• A saved Abacus.ai workflow that pulls from the three data sources, performs basic transformations, and generates a polished scientific/technical report.
• A second miniature automation demonstrating best-practice triggers.
• Inline comments or a short note set so I can replicate the steps afterward.

Acceptance criteria
• The workflow runs end-to-end without manual intervention.
• The generated document matches my sample for content sections and formatting.
• All steps are explained clearly during the live session and captured for future reference.
