API Integration for WordPress Form

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to create a prototype for automating subscription cancellations by calling API.

Key Requirements:
- Multi-step form for cancellation.
- Use of Javascript or other scripting language to make API call so that not jumping to new page for each call
- Secure API call by passing email.
- API endpoints must not be exposed in the page code
- Display API response as in-page notification.
