API Integration Developer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Manatal API Integration (RFP Support)
Engagement Type: Conditional Contract (RFP-Dependent)
Start Date: Immediately upon RFP award
Payment Trigger: Only if RFP is awarded
Deliverable at This Stage: Formal integration cost estimate
Context
We are currently responding to a large enterprise RFP for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. As part of this submission, we must submit a credible, defensible cost estimate for a custom integration between SAP and Manatal using Manatal’s Open APIs.
Important:
At this stage, we are NOT commissioning build work.
We are seeking a professional quote and technical feasibility confirmation only.
Development will proceed only if the RFP is awarded.
What We Need From You (Phase 1 – Mandatory Deadline: 27 January 2026)
We require an experienced integration developer to:
• Review the high-level integration requirement:
o SAP ↔ Manatal (ATS)
o API-based integration using Manatal Open API gateways
• Provide a clear, itemised cost estimate, covering:
o Integration design
o Development effort
o Testing & validation
o Documentation
o Assumptions and exclusions
• Provide an estimated delivery timeline should the project proceed
Phase 2 – Conditional (Only If RFP Is Awarded)
If the RFP is successful, the same developer may be engaged to:
• Build the integration
• Support go-live and handover
• Provide post-integration support (scope to be agreed)
Mandatory Experience
Please do not apply unless you have:
• Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party platforms
• Strong REST API integration capability
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, or recruitment platforms
• Ability to scope and price enterprise-grade integrations professionally
Your Proposal Must Include
1. Brief overview of relevant integration work
2. Confirmation of SAP integration experience
3. Estimated total cost (or cost range) for the integration
4. Estimated timeline for delivery
5. Any key assumptions or dependencies
6. Explicit confirmation that you understand:
o This is quote-first
o Development proceeds only if the RFP is awarded
Proposals that ignore this condition will be declined.
