AFL Code Telegram Integration

I'm looking for an experienced AFL coder to help me post price alerts live on Telegram. The project also involves linking these alerts with multiple brokers for algorithmic trading.

Key Requirements:
- Post AFL code price alerts on Telegram
- Assist in setting up a Telegram bot
- Link signals with Interactive Brokers, TD Ameritrade, and Robinhood

Ideal Skills and Experience:
