Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need an expert who already knows Zoho CRM inside-out to wire it up to the getPlyon.com platform (docs: https://getpylon.com/developers/). The goal is a fully bidirectional integration that moves Customer information and Order details seamlessly between the two systems.
Key points you should be comfortable with:
• Plyon’s REST API uses an API-key flow, so secure key handling and rotation must be baked in.
• Updates have to fire both ways in real time via webhooks, yet still allow a scheduled catch-up job for anything that might be missed.
• Zoho CRM modules and fields will need to be mapped cleanly to Plyon’s objects; choose naming that keeps reporting simple for our sales team.
Deliverable checklist:
1. Working webhook endpoints that post and receive data for both systems.
2. A scheduler (Zoho Flow, cron, or your preferred stack) that can be triggered hourly or daily, configurable by me.
3. Error handling with clear logging and a retry strategy.
4. Brief hand-off notes so I can rotate API keys and adjust field mappings without touching code.
