convert Node.js App to php Laravel and mysql db

I have an application currently running on Node.js and I’m ready to move the entire code-base over to PHP Laravel while keeping everything that already works exactly the same. That means the new Laravel build must still handle user authentication, perform the existing data-processing routines, and talk to all of the same external APIs without breaking a thing.

so the nodejs backend is bad coding also we need to use mysql not postgresql
for the admin dashboard and realtime it's in node js but we will make it react
also for front maybe we can use vite or something we can discuss it later cause it's landing page also news provider ,, i need someone creative and experience in cpanel and github ,, also in front end ,, security auth ,, and flexible with adding new features ..
