Zoho-SAP CPQ Integration
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I need a reliable specialist to close the gap between our Zoho CRM CPQ and SAP ECC6.
The SAP team is already in place; what’s missing is the Zoho side of the handshake. We have chosen a custom API approach rather than Zoho Flow or Zapier so you will be working directly with Zoho’s REST APIs, SAP BAPIs/IDocs supplied by our SAP partner, and any supporting webhooks or middleware you deem necessary.
Please design, build, and document an integration that covers:
• Synchronizing customer data in real time
• Automating the transfer of CPQ-generated quotes and confirmed sales orders
• Managing inventory level updates back into Zoho so our sales team always sees accurate stock positions
Several custom fields exist in our Zoho modules (Accounts, Deals, Quotes, and Products) and must map cleanly to their SAP counterparts. I will supply the field list, data dictionary, and access credentials once we begin.
Acceptance criteria will be met when each data flow runs end-to-end without manual intervention, error handling and logging are in place, and test cases for edge scenarios have been passed in our staging environment. Clear hand-over documentation and light knowledge transfer to my internal admin team are also expected.
If you have proven experience with Zoho CRM APIs, CPQ configuration, and enterprise-grade SAP integrations, I’m ready to start immediately.
