Zoho Forms–MSG91 OTP Integration
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 INR
I need my existing Zoho Form to stop relying on Twilio and start talking to MSG91 instead. The goal is two-fold:
• fire an OTP through MSG91 every time a user clicks on verify my mobile which helps in verifying OTP and
• Then after form submission notification alerts “submission received with unique reference no. ________” SMS, also through MSG91.
Both messages must use our already-approved DLT templates and sender ID, so no copywriting or template approval is required—just solid API wiring inside Zoho. I expect the workflow to:
1. Capture the mobile number from the form.
2. Call MSG91’s OTP endpoint and validate the code in real time.
3. On successful verification, trigger the confirmation SMS via MSG91’s transactional route.
Please build this inside Zoho Forms (custom functions / webhooks or any native integration you find best) and leave Twilio completely out of the path. Once done, hand over clear documentation and a short walkthrough video so my team can edit sender IDs or template IDs later. A quick sandbox test to prove OTP delivery and SMS confirmation reliability will serve as the acceptance criteria.
