Zoho Creator Developer – CSV XP (Experience Points) Tracker for Pickleball Gamification

About This Project
We run a Pickleball coaching and gamification program called WingFit that uses the WingFit smart court system to track player performance.
We want to import WingFit CSV files into Zoho Creator and automatically:
• Award XP (Experience Points) to players based on their drill performance
• Unlock badges for hitting performance milestones
• Update their total XP in player profiles
• Keep a searchable drill history
Note: In this project, XP means "Experience Points" — a gamification metric used to reward and motivate players. This is not the software methodology known as "Extreme Programming."

Responsibilities
• Build a Zoho Creator app (or add-on to our existing app) that:
o Accepts WingFit CSV uploads
o Parses CSV rows into a Drill Log
o Matches player names to a Player table
o Calculates XP based on drill-specific rules
o Assigns performance badges
o Updates Total XP in the Player profile
• Create a leaderboard sorted by XP
• Ensure the solution is scalable and easy to maintain
• Provide clear documentation for admin use

• Deluge scripts for XP & badge logic
• Leaderboard and badge reports

Requirements
• Proven experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting
• Familiarity with CSV data mapping into Zoho
• Ability to create user-friendly forms and dashboards
• Bonus: Experience with sports tracking or gamification systems

• Return Drill: Return % > 75% → 10 XP, Resilience badge
• Drive & Drop Drill: Net Wins > 3 → 10 XP, Tactician badge

• Timeline: Target completion in 2-3 weeks
• Potential for ongoing Zoho work after initial build
