WordPress Multi-Supplier Fulfillment Plugin
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a custom WordPress / WooCommerce plugin that lets me connect several fulfillment companies and automatically route a single digital product to the one offering the best price at the moment of purchase.
Core requirements
– The plugin must compare live prices returned by each supplier’s API, pick the cheapest option, and write that cost back into WooCommerce so the customer sees the final, accurate amount in checkout.
– A product-upload module has to push the same digital file and metadata to every connected supplier through their respective API endpoints, keeping stock and versions in sync.
– Each supplier should have a rating system visible inside the WordPress admin so I can track performance over time and override automated selection whenever necessary.
Implementation notes
• I will provide the individual API keys; the plugin should include an admin screen where I can add, edit, or deactivate providers without touching code.
• Code must be clean, namespaced, and ready for resale under our brand, with no hard-coded URLs or licenses.
• Delivery is needed ASAP, so please plan staged milestones: alpha build, live test on my server, and final hand-off.
Acceptance criteria
1. Installation via standard .zip upload with no PHP warnings on a fresh WordPress + WooCommerce setup.
2. Successful real-time price comparison and order routing between at least three test suppliers.
3. Digital product file and description appear correctly in each supplier’s dashboard after an upload from WordPress.
4. Supplier rating log stores and displays data without impacting site performance.
5. Complete documentation covering setup, API field mapping, and guidelines for future buyers of the plugin.
If this sounds like a project you can deliver quickly and reliably, let’s get started right away.
