Woocommerce MMG Gateway Development

I have the official Mobile Money Guyana API documentation in hand and need a custom WooCommerce payment gateway that plugs MMG straight into my WordPress store. The job centers on cleanly handling the full payment flow while matching both WooCommerce and MMG standards.

Core requirements
• Show complete MMG transaction history inside each WooCommerce order so I can track every status change at a glance.
• Enable full and partial refunds from the WooCommerce dashboard, with the plugin posting those calls back to MMG and confirming the response.
• All sensitive fields must be encrypted during transit, and the fraud-detection checks outlined in the MMG docs have to be wired in before a charge is finalized.

Deliverables
1. A production-ready WooCommerce plugin (PHP, WordPress coding standards) packaged for one-click install.
2. Clear setup instructions covering API key entry, webhook/endpoint configuration, and sandbox vs. live switching.
3. Brief technical notes explaining where transaction history is stored and how the refund and fraud-check routines are triggered.
4. Tested compatibility with the current WooCommerce release.
