WooCommerce Transfer & Supplier APIs
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I already run a live WordPress + WooCommerce store and now need it moved to a new host while upgrading its functionality. After the migration I want the look refined through light theme tweaks, a handful of new plugins configured, and—most importantly—two categories of API work:
• Supplier data feeds: connect my main wholesalers’ endpoints so product details, stock levels, and prices stay in sync.
• Shipping services: pull real-time rates and tracking data into checkout and “My Account”.
A couple of smaller suppliers can’t offer APIs, so an automated Excel/CSV import is required for them.
Ideally you will build on a staging clone first, use best-practice version control, and document everything plainly in English—clear written communication is essential to me.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
1. Current store fully migrated with no lost orders, customers, or SEO equity.
2. Theme adjustments applied exactly as discussed.
3. New plugins installed/configured without bloat.
4. Supplier and shipping APIs authenticated, mapped, and updating on schedule.
5. Spreadsheet import tool tested with my sample files and logged for future runs.
6. Handover notes covering setup, cron jobs, and troubleshooting.
Experience with WooCommerce REST API, webhook handling, and tools such as WP All Import or similar will make this project go faster. If you can tick those boxes, let’s talk and schedule the staging move right away.
