I need a web-based back-office application called SVEN that becomes the single source of truth for every product price we run across several WooCommerce stores. Right now we still log in to each shop one by one, tweak numbers by hand and hope no one mistypes anything; SVEN should eliminate that waste of time and the inevitable inconsistencies.
Here is the core flow I want to achieve:
• I enter or import a buying price once, define the margin or calculation rule, and press save.
• SVEN stores that value, keeps the entire change history, immediately recalculates the selling price, and then pushes the result through the WooCommerce REST API to every connected shop.
• At any point I can open a product record and see previous prices, the date of each change, and which user triggered it, so we always understand why revenue shifted.
A clean web UI, role-based access, and simple filters (by category, brand, date, country shop, etc.) are important. The sync has to be reliable and queue any failed calls for automatic retries. I would also like clear logging for each API transaction so troubleshooting is straightforward.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional SVEN application (backend, database, and front-end) installed on our server.
2. WooCommerce connector able to authenticate via keys and push price updates in batches or real time.
3. Documentation covering setup, user workflow, and API endpoints.
4. A short hand-over session so my team can maintain basic configuration on our own.
