White-Label Taxi App Setup Duhok Iraq

I need a production-ready, white-label ride-hailing solution rebranded and configured for the city of Duhok, Iraq. The stack must include three components: Passenger App, Driver App, and a web-based Admin Dashboard.

Passenger App
Users must be able to track their ride live on an in-app map, pay through multiple payment options, and review a complete ride history at any time.

Driver App
Drivers should see real-time earnings, rely on built-in turn-by-turn navigation, and receive passenger ratings at the end of each trip.

Admin Dashboard
Back-office control is essential, with user management, detailed financial reporting, and live trip monitoring all available from one panel.

Duhok-specific map setup
Accurate geolocation, routing, service zones, and fare calculation have to work flawlessly within Duhok. I expect you to handle the API keys, configure map layers, and fine-tune the location services, whether through Google Maps, Mapbox, or a comparable provider.
