WhatsApp Purchase Management Automation

I want to move my entire purchasing workflow into WhatsApp. Whenever a new purchase order is added to our Google Sheet, the system should automatically message the supplier on WhatsApp, email a copy of the PO to our purchasing inbox, then keep everyone updated as the order progresses.

The bot must:

- Send purchase confirmations pulled directly from Google Sheets
- the bot must also track the orders received on WhatsApp in a particular format, and add these orders to Google sheets.
- Push real-time status notifications by email as well as in WhatsApp



I’m open to Twilio, Meta Cloud API, Gupshup, or a lightweight Python/Node solution—whatever keeps the setup simple, compliant, and reliable. Please deliver fully commented source code, a brief deployment guide, and a short demo proving that confirmation, status changes, and inventory updates all work without manual intervention.
