WhatsApp Marketing API Setup

I need the WhatsApp Business API wired into my existing customer-facing system so I can launch marketing and promotional flows that answer prospects automatically. The focus is automated responses—not one-off broadcasts—so the solution must let me pre-define message templates, schedule triggers, and pull customer data on the fly for personalization.

Key things you’ll handle:
• Register and verify my Facebook Business account, number, and templates.
• Stand up the Cloud API (or an on-prem gateway if you think it’s wiser) and document the webhook endpoints.
• Build the automation logic: incoming keyword detection, CRM/DB look-ups, and rule-based replies.
• Show me how to upload and manage new marketing templates so I can stay compliant with WhatsApp’s policies.
• End-to-end test with a small user set and hand over concise deployment instructions.
