WhatsApp Listing Bot Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I receive every property lead through multiple WhatsApp numbers, I would then forward the message—sometimes text, sometimes an image—to one specific chat. I now need an end-to-end bot that automatically:
• Captures each forwarded message on WhatsApp Business (Twilio or any reliable API)
• Runs it through an LLM/OCR pipeline (OpenAI, Vision API, or similar) to pull out price, location, size, seller contact info, registration status, facing direction, and special notes such as “park facing” or “18 m road”
• Pushes the cleaned data straight into a Google Sheet that I can filter by price range, location, registration status, facing, or any combination of these fields
• Detects and blocks duplicates before they get to the sheet
• Lets me delete or edit rows easily from within the sheet or via a simple WhatsApp command
A working solution, deployment instructions, and brief documentation are the final deliverables. I’m happy with Python, Apps Script, or any stack you prefer as long as the bot runs reliably and I can maintain it afterward.
