We've built a full WhatsApp integration using Meta Cloud API (direct API, not through WATI/Gupshup/AiSensy).

Now we need an expert to audit, fix, and help us onboard clients.

What you'll do:

Phase 1 — Audit & Fix

Test our entire WhatsApp setup end-to-end (embedded signup, webhooks, inbound/outbound messaging, templates, media, quality tracking)
Verify our AI auto-response flow — new lead → AI qualifies → WhatsApp sent within 60 seconds
Fix any issues found
Document everything
Phase 2 — Client Onboarding

Help new agencies connect their WhatsApp Business account
Set up & get templates approved by Meta
Configure auto-replies and nurture sequences
Troubleshoot quality rating drops, template rejections, connection issues
Phase 3 — Feature Enhancement

Interactive messages (buttons, lists)
WhatsApp Flows (in-chat forms)
Smart auto-reply for conversations
Business hours / away messages
Our stack: Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, Supabase, Meta Cloud API v25.0, Claude AI (Anthropic)

Must have:
2+ years with WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API (direct, not drag-drop tools)
Meta embedded signup flow experience


Nice to have:

Meta Business Partner experience
AI chatbot / Claude / OpenAI experience
Real estate industry exposure
Details:

15-20 hours/week
3-month contract (extendable)

Budget: ₹800-₹1,500/hr (or monthly retainer — open to discuss)
