WhatsApp Business API Support System Development

We are an online education academy looking for an experienced developer to set up a WhatsApp Business API–based support system that allows multiple support agents to work simultaneously using one WhatsApp number.

The system should be web-based and enable our support team to manage and reply to student and parent inquiries professionally from a single official WhatsApp Business number.

Key Requirements:

Official WhatsApp Business API (Meta) integration

One WhatsApp number used by multiple support agents

Each agent has their own secure login

Web-based dashboard (no mobile app required)

Ability to assign, transfer, and manage conversations

Admin role with full access and agent management

Conversation history stored in a database

Basic automation (welcome message / out-of-hours reply)

Deployed on a server (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)

Technical Preference:

Preferred: Chatwoot (Open Source) + WhatsApp Business API

Or a custom solution using Node.js / PHP, with a proper database and authentication system

Deliverables:

Fully working and deployed system

Admin and agent accounts

Basic documentation or walkthrough

Support during WhatsApp API setup if needed
