WhatsApp Auto-Response and Feedback System

WhatsApp Automation – Simple Requirement

We need a WhatsApp system where:

When a user sends a message (like Stress, BN1, Dhyan),
The system automatically replies with:

Image
Related message/description
Optional link (registration / video and Sound)


All responses will come from an Excel/Google Sheet or Open for suggestion.

Simple Flow
User sends message on WhatsApp
System checks keyword in Excel / Google sheet
If match found → sends image + text + respective links if available video/ sound file
If not found → sends default reply
Feedback Flow
After interaction/event
User gets message: “Please share your feedback”
User gives rating / text
Feedback gets saved in system
User Restrictions (Important)
Only registered users should get full access (optional)
Limit number of responses per user (to avoid spam)
Prevent repeated same keyword abuse
Option to allow access only during specific time/event period
Admin should be able to block/unblock users
Broadcast messages only to opted-in users

In One Line
User sends message → system replies automatically → controls misuse → collects feedback → saves data
OTP verification is also requird
