AI WhatsApp Assistant MVP Build
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
ConXbyte is moving into its MVP phase and over the next 4–6 weeks the aim is to release a working WhatsApp-based AI assistant for real-estate teams. The assistant must be able to capture incoming property inquiries, schedule site visits automatically, and surface clear business insights to owners without forcing them into complex dashboards. All conversation and data flow will happen inside WhatsApp, powered by a backend that exposes clean REST or GraphQL endpoints.
Machine Learning sits at the core of the product: models have to analyse buyer intent in real time, recommend the most relevant properties, and even flag emerging market trends that can influence pricing or inventory strategy. I already have the product vision and early user stories; what is missing is the end-to-end build that ties WhatsApp Business API, the ML pipeline, a lightweight dashboard, and solid authentication together.
Tech stack expectations
• Backend in Python or Node.js with well-structured server logic and authentication
• React / Next.js front layer for a simple owner dashboard (lead summaries, insight snapshots)
• Clean API development for both internal services and any future third-party integrations
MVP acceptance criteria
• WhatsApp conversation flow reliably captures inquiries, stores them, and triggers ML analysis
• Site-visit scheduling works end to end, updating both the customer and the internal calendar
• Insight module presents summarised metrics (lead volume, buyer intent score, trend highlights) via the dashboard
• Code is modular, documented, and deployable on a standard cloud stack
If collaboration during the MVP phase is smooth there is room to evolve this into a long-term partnership, including a potential CTO position with 25 % equity.
