WhatsApp API with Smart Recommendations

For my e-commerce store, I need the WhatsApp Business API set up end-to-end and then extended with a “coasting” flow that sends automated, algorithm-driven product recommendations to shoppers.
Scope of work
• Register and verify the WhatsApp Business number, configure webhooks, and upload the initial message templates so I can start sending approved notifications right away.
• Build or connect an algorithm that selects products automatically—no manual curation—based on browsing or purchase behaviour and pushes those items through WhatsApp at the right moments in the customer journey.
• Ensure the flow is compliant with WhatsApp’s commerce policy, allows easy opt-in/opt-out management, and logs message performance so I can track clicks and conversions.
• Provide clear documentation (setup steps, API endpoints, and how to adjust recommendation logic) so my team can maintain and scale the integration.
I already have product data available via my store’s API, so you can hook directly into it. If additional middleware or a cloud function is required, please outline it in your proposal.
