WhatsApp API & Portfolio Setup

We want our existing WhatsApp number live on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and fully tied to Facebook Business Manager. The goal is simple: send OTP and order/status alerts reliably through the API, track performance, and stay 100 % compliant with Meta policies—without redesigning any logos, colours, or other branding.
Here’s the flow I need you to handle from end to end: create the required Facebook Business Portfolio, connect it to our verified business account, add and verify the phone number, generate Cloud API credentials, and set up webhooks so we can start firing OTP and order-status templates right away. I’ll rely on your experience to navigate Meta reviews, template approvals, and any compliance checks so nothing stalls in the process.
Deliverables we expect:
• A working Facebook Business Portfolio linked to our Business Manager and phone number
• Cloud API access token, phone-number ID, and verified webhook callback in our server
• Two approved message templates (OTP and order/status alert) ready for production use
• A short step-by-step guide showing how to trigger messages via cURL/Postman and how to read basic analytics in Meta dashboards
Timeline:
1–2 weeks (include milestones in your proposal)
If you have already completed similar integrations, that will be a plus, but what matters most is a clean, fully documented setup I can put into production immediately.
