Project Title:
WhatsApp Business API Automation – Subscription-Based Service for Bahrain Travel Lists
Project Overview:
I own a well-organized Excel database of 477 categorized locations in Bahrain, including restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, tourist attractions, and more. I want to create a paid subscription-based service where users can access this information via automated replies through WhatsApp Business.
Note: All content and data will be provided by me in an Excel file. It includes complete categorizations, detailed descriptions, and direct Google Maps links for every location.
Scope of Work:
Design and implement a WhatsApp Business API solution (via WATI, Twilio, Zoko, or similar platform).
Integrate the provided database (Excel/Google Sheets) with WhatsApp automated replies.
Enable user subscription and payment (monthly or yearly) via a payment link through my website.
Automate user access based on payment status (only active subscribers can receive replies).
Ensure I can easily add, remove, or update locations without needing a developer.
Secure the content: no file sharing, only text-based responses inside WhatsApp.
Provide a user-friendly interface or control panel (or clear instructions) for managing future updates.
Optional: Set up message logs and basic analytics to monitor usage and subscriptions.
Suggestions for improvements or additional features are welcome.
Important Note: Protecting content is a high priority. The freelancer must ensure that all data is securely delivered via WhatsApp messages only. No files (e.g., Excel or PDF) should be shared with users.
Deliverables:
Fully functional WhatsApp automation with integrated payment system.
User database and access control features.
Complete handover with clear documentation or training on how to manage content.
Initial support for setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
