WhatsApp API & Auto Messaging
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a working WhatsApp API flow that lets me handle everything for roughly a dozen (6-15) of my groups from one place. The core functions I’m counting on are:
• Automatic reply management – keyword or rule-based responses that trigger instantly inside each group.
• Bulk messaging – the ability to broadcast announcements to all selected groups at once, with an option to personalise a few messages with variables such as name, date, or custom field.
• Group analytics – basic dashboards that show delivery status, read ratios, and top engagement times so I can fine-tune my outreach.
A simple web panel or lightweight desktop tool is fine, as long as it connects through the official WhatsApp Business API or a reliable cloud gateway (no number bans, please). I should be able to:
– Add or remove groups quickly.
– Upload message templates (text, image, PDF) and schedule them.
– View logs of every automated reply and bulk send.
– Toggle personalisation on a per-message basis.
Hand-over items I expect: source code or installation package, clear setup guide, brief walkthrough video, and two weeks of post-delivery bug support.
