Title: Full-Stack Dev Needed – React + Express + Location Search/Map Integration

Looking for a skilled full-stack developer to help complete and deploy a web app built with React, Vite, TypeScript, and Express. The project is partially built; we need help finishing core features, fixing deployment, and setting up monetization.
Core tasks:
Fix build/deployment (split client/server build, serve SPA correctly).
Implement location-based search (Typesense) with map/list view (Mapbox).
Build a responsive card/tile grid with categories and filters.
Add API proxy endpoints for search & posts.
Integrate Stripe for simple subscription ($5/mo).
Provide documentation, .env.example, and short handover video.
Stack: React 18, Vite, Tailwind, Express (TypeScript), Neon Postgres (Drizzle ORM), Typesense, Mapbox, Stripe.
Hosting: Replit Reserved VM (or Render/Railway if recommended).
Deliverables:
Reliable deploy (health check works, homepage serves).
Functional search + map page with filters.
Subscriptions and sponsor slot working.
Documentation + Loom walkthrough.
