WHS & Vehicle/Asset Management System Development

We are looking for a developer or team to build a Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Vehicle/Asset Management System for a company with multiple branches. The system must be delivered as a web application with a mobile-compatible Progressive Web App (PWA) so it can be used in the office and in the field.

Phase 1 Scope (for this contest):

Multi-branch dashboard with real-time WHS status and reports

Incident reporting (photo/video upload, GPS tagging, CAPA workflow, notifications)

Risk assessments and hazard registers with interactive risk matrix

Inspections and audits with mobile checklists, digital signatures, and compliance tracking

Training and competency management with certification tracking and expiry reminders

Contractor and visitor induction with digital sign-in/sign-out

Vehicle and asset management (profiles, inspections, maintenance scheduling, alerts)

PWA features: offline support, push notifications, camera/GPS access, QR/barcode scanning, responsive mobile-friendly design

Deliverables Required:

Web application with admin panel

PWA optimized for mobile and offline use

Documentation (user + technical)

Secure role-based access system

Testing for performance, security, and mobile compatibility

Winning Criteria:

Clean, scalable Laravel-based solution (preferred)

Professional and easy-to-use UI/UX

Demonstrated experience with similar projects

Clear milestones, timeline, and budget breakdown

Phase 2 (native iOS/Android apps) will be considered as a separate project once Phase 1 is complete.
