Hello,

I am looking for an experienced web developer/designer to build a professional, secure website for my fully registered law firm - Alison Law Legal.

Our core focus is providing accountancy services, especially VAT returns, and legal/solicitor services. This project is urgent, and we need it live as soon as possible.

I don’t have a domain/hosting yet, but plan to use Hostinger - the developer must handle the full build, upload all files, and get the site live.

I don’t have ready content, so I expect the freelancer to help source appropriate content from reputable accountancy (e.g., Gorilla Accounting) and law firm websites (e.g., Wilson LLP) — rewriting/adapting to match our branding.

2 - Client Portal
Secure login (username & password)

Clients can:

View VAT return status

See payments due or repayments

Upload & download documents (invoices, receipts)

Registration form collecting: Company name, director’s name, date of birth, VAT number, phone & email

After registration, client receives an identity verification link (integration or workflow required)

Manual approval of each new client by admin before access is granted

Automatic email notifications for status updates, document approvals/rejections

3 - Admin Portal
User-friendly, secure backend

Admin can:

Update VAT status & repayment amounts

Approve/reject uploaded documents

Send notifications to clients

Fully edit all data as needed

Access levels:

Head Admin (full permissions)

Managers (limited permissions)

4 - Live Panel Page
Special feature: The client portal must include a “Live Panel” page inspired by tools like EvilGinx, for legitimate, legal use only.

Users will log in via our portal to a specific website we replicate for this process, enabling us to capture real-time session data.

When a user logs in:

A loading screen appears.

Admin can view the live session and choose when to advance the user to the next step (e.g., prompt for OTP).

The admin must have full real-time control to force the client to the next page manually.

All session handling must be secure, robust, and GDPR-compliant.
