I’m developing a drone-based food delivery service that relies on quadcopters to move meals swiftly across dense city streets. The entire workflow—from order acceptance through hand-off at the customer’s balcony or doorstep—needs to be automated, safe and fully traceable.

Core functionality I need you to build, integrate and prove in a field test:

• Real-time tracking visible on a web or mobile dashboard
• Automated navigation that plans optimal routes while respecting geofencing rules
• Accurate payload drop-off confirmation (photo, sensor log or both)
• Reliable no-fly-zone detection with instant rerouting

Please design the flight-control stack, ground control interface and user-side tracking module, then link everything with a secure API that can plug into a typical food-ordering app. End-to-end logs (flight path, battery status, payload status) should be exported in JSON or CSV after every run for audit.

Success means one quadcopter prototype completing five consecutive urban deliveries of a 1–2 kg payload, with every metric above captured and retrievable.
