Unified Monitoring Dashboard Development

This project joins data from the FortiManager and Zabbix APIs into one web-based console so I can see the state of my network and security estate at a glance. The interface must refresh live, record every outage, measure each device or service against its SLA, trigger alerts, and let me pull concise reports.

Technology
I already run other apps on a React + Node.js stack, so please build the front-end in React (standard HTML/JSX) and power the back-end with Node.js. WebSockets or another push mechanism will be needed to keep the views truly real-time.

Access control
Two distinct roles are required:
• Admin – full configuration rights, user management and complete data visibility
• User – read-only access limited to the dashboards the admin assigns

Visual components (must be present)
• Graphs and charts
• Tables and grids
• Interactive maps

Core features to surface
– Real-time status for all objects coming from FortiManager and Zabbix
– Downtime calculation with clear start/stop timestamps
– SLA tracking that colours or flags devices breaching thresholds
– Alert centre with acknowledge, mute and escalate actions
– Reporting that can be exported to CSV/PDF and scheduled

Deliverables
• Clean, well-commented source code in a public or private Git repository
• Setup script or Docker file that spins up the full stack on a fresh server
• README covering API token setup for both FortiManager and Zabbix, role creation and basic troubleshooting
• Brief unit or integration test samples to prove the key API calls and SLA maths work

Once these items pass a short acceptance walkthrough on my staging server I will sign off the job and move on to production deployment together.
