Unified Company Data App
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a two-phase build that starts with a consolidated database and ends with an executive-focused app that can interrogate that data in real time.
Phase 1 – Centralised Database
• Bring together sales data, inventory details, work and purchase orders, contract agreements, material-requirement calculations, and project timelines.
• Design a clean schema that keeps these domains logically separate yet cross-referenced.
• Set up robust ETL jobs so future data drops flow in automatically.
• Preferred stack: a mainstream relational engine (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL) plus clear documentation of tables and joins.
Phase 2 – Executive App
• Build a lightweight web or desktop app that connects to the new database via secure APIs.
• Core features:
– Natural, query-based search so leadership can ask ad-hoc questions without SQL.
– Interactive analytics and downloadable reports—charts, tables, and KPI snapshots—refreshing directly from live data.
• Role-based access: the interface will initially target company executives, so surface only high-level metrics and decision-grade insights.
• Sleek, intuitive UI; no training manuals should be needed.
Deliverables
1. Database schema, migration scripts, and ETL pipeline.
2. Functional prototype of the app with source code and deploy instructions.
3. Brief user guide and technical handover.
