USSD & SMS Relay Dashboard

I need a backend system for a USSD menu that captures user interactions and sends data to an SMS gateway in real time.

Key Requirements:

Capture and store: customer preferences, payments, service requests, phone number, location, and feedback
Real-time logging into a structured database
Dashboard to view, search, filter, and export data
Trigger SMS notifications automatically via API/webhook

Flow:

User dials USSD → enters data
Data is stored instantly
Dashboard displays records + triggers SMS notifications
