UCRM Netcash Payment Plugin
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a PHP plugin that slots straight into Ubiquiti’s UISP CRM (still often called UCRM) and lets my clients settle any open invoice through Netcash, while also giving me a way to schedule and manage recurring payments inside the same system.
Key workflow
• When an invoice is issued in UISP it must expose a Pay-Now button that pushes the client to the Netcash checkout page.
• On successful payment Netcash should call back, mark the invoice as paid and write the transaction reference into the UISP notes.
• From the admin side I must be able to create, edit and cancel recurring debit orders tied to the customer and service in UISP, with automatic status updates logging back to the CRM.
• Clients will reach the payment page directly from the invoice link; no additional login must be required.
Interfaces
– Customer view: lightweight payment page embedded or linked from the existing client portal so customers see the outstanding total, click Pay, and complete the Netcash flow.
– Admin view: panel inside the standard UISP menu showing live mandate list, next run dates and any failed collections.
Deliverables
1. Complete PHP source code packaged as a UISP plugin (zip).
2. Setup guide covering install, Netcash API key configuration and webhook URL mapping.
3. Quick user doc (PDF or Markdown) describing how to start a once-off payment and how to create a recurring mandate.
4. Confirmation that test payments against Netcash sandbox mark invoices correctly and trigger recurring jobs on schedule.
