Title: Turn AI SaaS Prototype into Fully Working Product (GBP API + WhatsApp + Reports = Automation )

I’ve built an AI SaaS for online reputation management (review requests, reporting, client dashboards) using Claude AI.
It is currently a working prototype, but not yet a full production-ready product. I need a product-focused engineer who can take ownership and make this system fully reliable for real users.
This is NOT just a bug-fixing task.

Your job is to identify gaps / automations and make the system production-ready.
In your proposal:
• Suggest how you would improve the product or flows
Generic proposals without reviewing the product will be ignored.
Tech Stack:
• Next.js (Vercel)
• Supabase (Auth + Database)
• Integrations:
o Google Business Profile API
o WhatsApp API
o Email (SES or similar)
What you will do:
1. Understand the product (not just code)
• Review onboarding, review request flow, reporting, dashboards
• Identify gaps between prototype and real-world usage
2. Make the system reliable
• Fix unstable logic from AI-generated code
• Ensure all core flows work consistently without breaking
3. Own integrations
• Google Business Profile API
• WhatsApp API (sending review links)
• Email / Watsapp delivery
• Handle failures, retries, edge cases
4. Build and verify real workflows
• User signup → connect business → send review → generate report
• This must work smoothly end-to-end
5. Reporting & dashboards
• Fix PDF report generation - Sample prospect Pdf attached
• Improve dashboard usability and performance
6. Real-world testing (critical)
• Test like actual users
• Validate:
o WhatsApp delivery
o Email delivery
o Report generation
o Dashboard behavior
7. Prepare for GBP API approval
• Stable system
• Clean endpoints
• No broken or unreliable flows
What I need:
• Product-minded engineer
• Strong debugging + system thinking
• Experience with SaaS and APIs
• Ability to take ownership and make decisions after discussion
Deliverable:
A working SaaS where:
• Users onboard without issues
• Review requests are sent successfully
• Reports generate correctly
• Dashboard works smoothly
• No critical failures
