We are building a next-generation live video streaming platform in a compliance-sensitive niche.

This project has been in development for several years and has already been validated through discussions with well-known players in the space. The platform is fully built and nearly ready to launch, with an official launch date planned for October 1st (or November 1st).

Our stack is built on:

Backend/API: Node.js (NestJS), MongoDB, Redis, PM2

Frontend/Admin: React (Next.js, TypeScript)

Streaming/Media: Ant Media Server, FFMPEG, WebRTC/WebSockets

Server Ops: NGINX, Linux environment, SSL/HTTPS, deployments

What You’ll Do

Debug, test, and polish the platform for launch readiness

Handle both frontend and backend updates

Ensure server, security, and compliance stability (NGINX, SSL, Redis, DB)

Manage streaming/media integrations (Ant Media, FFMPEG, WebRTC basics)

Be the point person for ongoing tech maintenance and scaling

Requirements

Strong experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB

Familiarity with media streaming (WebRTC/Ant Media/FFMPEG)

DevOps knowledge (Linux, NGINX, PM2, deployments, SSL)

Comfortable working in a regulated / age-restricted content industry

Willing and able to pass compliance requirements with payment processors (use of SSN as a company partner)

Compensation

We want to be upfront: our pre-launch budget is limited. This role will start with a modest base (either part-time hourly or fixed-price for final testing and launch prep). The real opportunity here is long-term.

Once the site launches and begins generating revenue, this role is structured to grow into a lead tech position with equity/profit-sharing. You won’t just be a developer-for-hire — you’ll be part of the core team, entitled to a share of profits as the platform scales.

Our revenue targets are realistic and substantial, and the right person will directly benefit from the growth. If you’re looking for a short-term cash contract, this probably isn’t the role. If you’re looking for a chance to get in early, take real ownership, and share in the upside of a company that can scale fast, this could be the opportunity for you.
