Telnyx–Hiro.fm Two-Way SMS Integration

I already have a verified Telnyx account and an active Hiro.fm workspace; the final step is wiring the two together. What I need is a clean two-way SMS integration so that any text my users send or receive through our Telnyx number flows straight into Hiro.fm and appears on each user’s dashboard in real time.

Key behaviours
• When a user sends a text from Hiro.fm, it must route through Telnyx and reach the recipient without delay.
• Replies coming back through Telnyx should post right back to the same user dashboard thread.
• For every message, I have to capture the full content, the sender and receiver numbers, plus the exact timestamp.

Telnyx’s REST API, programmable SMS, and webhooks are already enabled; API keys and SIP connection details are ready for you. Hiro.fm provides webhook endpoints and token-based auth. I simply need you to map the events, handle any necessary parsing, and make sure errors are gracefully logged.

Deliverables
1. Working code (Node, Python, or PHP are all fine) that establishes the two-way flow.
2. A brief setup guide so I can re-deploy in staging and production.
3. Confirmation tests showing message send, receive, and data capture on the dashboard.
