Telegram Paywall Bot Development

I need a Telegram bot that grants and revokes access to a private group through a seamless, fully-automated subscription flow. After a user pays via PayPal, the bot should invite them instantly, track their subscription period, and remove them the moment it expires.

My dashboard must let me:
• view and search users,
• monitor every payment, and
• adjust or extend individual subscription lengths on the fly.

Code quality and control are critical—no hosted platforms where ownership is shared; I expect the full source, server setup instructions, and unrestricted access to bot keys and webhooks. Security best practices, clean architecture, and clear documentation are therefore non-negotiable.

Dual-language support (English and German) should be baked into the command set and user messages from day one.
