Telegram Customer Support Live Chat Bot

I need a Telegram bot that acts as a real-time customer support desk. When a user types /start, the bot should open a private chat, capture basic details (name, order number if provided), and instantly pass the conversation to an available agent. Agents must be able to reply from a simple web or desktop console, but I also want a safety net: if no one answers after a configurable period, the entire exchange should be forwarded to our support email, and any email reply should be routed back to the same Telegram thread so the customer sees a continuous conversation.

Stable, low-latency messaging, clean error handling, and straightforward deployment (Docker or a clear setup script) are important to me. Please build with the official Telegram Bot API, whichever language you favour, and document the webhook or long-polling setup so I can host it on my own server later.
