1. General Goals

Develop a Telegram bot for clients and service providers with the following functionality:

Creation and publication of service requests.

Bidding between providers (up to 5 offers).

Escrow system for secure payments.

Provider ratings and statistics (visible to clients only in the provider’s profile).

Visual elements: personal dashboard, balance, referral program, and support.

Premium subscription and promoted requests.

2. User Roles
2.1 Client

Main tab in the personal dashboard: Create Request.

Creates a request with:

Project / Service Title (required)

Country

Quantity

Additional Notes

Base Price (for reference)

Receives offers from providers (up to 5).

Chooses a provider and sees:

Price

Languages (with flags)

Rating and provider statistics

Can view reviews and rating in the provider’s profile.

Confirms order completion using /confirm.

Personal dashboard includes:

Balance and order history

Support

Referral program

Provider reviews and ratings are not shown in the client’s own dashboard.

2.2 Provider (Performer)

Registers and specifies working languages (with flags).

Sees requests in the provider channel.

Can respond to a request and specify a price directly in the channel.

Limit: maximum of 5 completed orders (can be lifted via Premium).

Personal dashboard includes:

My Orders — combines current and completed ones.

Balance and total earnings.

Premium Subscription status (if purchased).

Support.

Statistics:

Number of completed orders

Average rating

Total earnings

3. Request and Offer Logic

The client creates a request via the bot.

The request is published in the provider channel.

The first 5 providers can respond and specify their price directly in the channel.

30-minute timeout for collecting offers:

If fewer than 5 offers are made, the client receives all available ones.

If no offers are made, the client is notified: “No offers yet, please try again later.”

The client receives a list of offers including:

Price

Languages (flags)

Provider rating and statistics

The client selects a provider:

Funds are blocked in the client’s balance (escrow)

Order status changes to “In Progress”

The provider completes the order and marks it as /done.

The client confirms completion using /confirm:

Funds are transferred to the provider (minus commission)

Ratings and statistics are updated

4. Communication During Order Execution

The bot acts as a message intermediary between client and provider:

No direct exchange of contacts.

Ability to send text, files, stickers, and emojis.

Order status updates in the chat: “In Progress”, “Awaiting Confirmation”, “Completed”.

Quick action buttons:

“File Sent”

“Question”

“Finish”

In case of dispute, the client can open a dispute ticket via Support.

5. Escrow and Financial Logic

Funds are blocked after the provider is selected.

Funds are released after client confirmation.

Platform commission is automatically deducted (e.g., 10%).

Client’s balance is divided into:

Available funds

Frozen funds

Transaction history with filters by status:

“Frozen”

“Transferred”

“Refunded”

Client can cancel a request before selecting a provider — funds are automatically refunded.

6. Admin Panel

View all orders, offers, clients, and providers.

Manage disputes with filters by status, time, and user.

Access full message history between clients and providers via the bot.

Edit orders and adjust balances.

Manage premium subscriptions and promoted requests.

7. Monetization

Platform commission on each successful deal.

Premium Subscription for Providers:

Removes limit on completed orders.

Boosts request visibility.

Promoted Requests for Clients (paid priority display).

Possible bonuses for provider activity and rating.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Providers are rated by clients (1–5).

Average rating and number of completed orders are visible to clients only when selecting a provider.

Text reviews are displayed only in the provider’s profile.
