Tally Prime WhatsApp API Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a working bridge between Tally Prime and the official Meta / WhatsApp Business Cloud API so I can shoot out messages straight from my accounting system. The reference documentation you will be working against is here: https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/18105193/2sBXitDnau
Scope of work
• Create a middleware or direct REST connection that lets Tally Prime push data—voucher details, ledger balances, sales orders or anything I map—to the WhatsApp API.
• Support BOTH manual and rule-based automatic triggers. A user should be able to press a button on a voucher and send, but I also want scheduled or condition-driven pushes (e.g. when an invoice becomes overdue).
• Expose simple configuration screens inside Tally (or an external utility) so I can pick templates, map Tally fields to template variables, and toggle each trigger on or off.
• Ensure the solution respects Meta’s template model, number opt-in requirements and rate limits.
• Deliver complete source, installation guide and a short video walkthrough so my in-house team can deploy, tweak and maintain it later.
Tech background
I’m comfortable if you code the connector in C#, Python, Node.js or even TDL—whatever gets clean JSON to the WhatsApp endpoint and plays nicely with Tally’s ODBC/XML interface.

Send me a detailed project proposal. Outline your architecture idea, milestones, estimated timeline, and any past experience integrating Tally, ERPs or payment systems with WhatsApp or similar REST services. Demo links or screenshots are welcome.
Acceptance
The job is done when I can:
1. Pick an invoice in my live Tally, hit “Send on WhatsApp”, and see the template arrive instantly;
2. Let a cron or background service dispatch an automatic payment reminder when an invoice crosses X days;
3. View a log of all messages with response/error codes.
