TDL Licensing Add-on Development
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a compact TDL add-on built for Tally that focuses purely on licensing and validation. The add-on must talk to our own software, exchange keys, and keep subscription status in sync every time Tally starts or a licence-related action is triggered.
Core features to code:
• Robust licence-key validation that blocks access when the key is expired or invalid.
• Background subscription checks that update remaining days and renewal status without slowing Tally.
You will have direct API access to our server; the payloads are simple JSON over HTTP. I’ll share the endpoint specs, sample keys and expected response codes as soon as we start.
Because quick iterations and an occasional in-person discussion help, I’m looking specifically for someone based in Chennai or elsewhere in Tamil Nadu. If you already work with Tally Developer, know how to call external REST services from TDL, and can package the final TCP with clear setup instructions, this should be straightforward.
Deliverable:
1. TDL source & compiled TCP ready to deploy
2. A short, step-by-step document covering installation, key activation, renewal flow and error handling
I’ll test by activating a trial key, forcing an expiry, and confirming the add-on locks and unlocks exactly as intended. Once those checks pass, we’re done.
